It is a sad end to 2021. Betty White, legendary actress and host has passed away just weeks shy of turning 100. Known for her roles on Password, The Mary Tyler Moore Show and The Golden Girls, she has transcended generations. The last living GG, fans wanted to bubble wrap her and protect her at all costs. There were plans to celebrate her 100th birthday with a one-day theater special on the big screen. Hopefully, this will be even more powerful now that the living legend has left a legacy. It appears she passed from natural causes but more information as it comes. She was predeceased by her husband, Allen Ludden. The world is a little darker and sadder now that she is gone. Rest in peace, sweet Betty. She always told us on interviews: "Call me Betty, please."
