Though it was originally presumed he was the only member of his family on the flight, we have since learned that was not the case. According to ESPN , Bryant's 13-year-old daughter, Gianna was aboard the helicopter with him and among the five killed. They were on their way to a travel game when the heli crashed in Calabasas, California earlier today. The NBA star, 41, has three other children as well as wife, Vanessa. We will keep following the devastating story as we get more information!

The Arthur Ashe Courage Award was presented this evening to Caitlyn Jenner on the ESPY Awards which had some up in arms. But when we actually saw the speech and the tribute to the former Bruce Jenner, an Olympic athlete, it all made sense and I was so proud to be a part of this moment. Her whole family, including Kim Kardashian West and Brody Jenner were in attendance and Kendall had tears in her eyes as her father spoke about his journey. It was a beautiful moment and I only hope that we can continue to have inspirational moments like this at every award show. And if you do not believe she deserved the award, think about 1976, the Olympics and the gold medal! Boom!
