The 2016 Billboard Music Awards aired last night and there was much excitement surrounding Madonna's tribute to her dear friend, the late Prince. But it was Britney Spears, looking amazing, who truly stole the show with a medley of her hits. Kesha also took the stage for the first time since her epic battle with Dr. Luke. Yeah it's so slight but the singer has dropped her signature dollar sign from her name after leaving rehab for an eating disorder. She spent two months in the rehab facility before relocating to Los Angeles. A friend spoke to PEOPLE magazine about Kesha's status and had this to say...

Looks like one of the most colorful artists of our time knows when to tune it down...by going to rehab. Ke$ha , who wowed people with her sleek look last year at the " American Music Awards" has reportedly been suffering from an eating disorder. In a statement to PEOPLE Magazine, the "Tik Tok" singer and reality star, 26, said: "I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself but I've found it hard to practice. I'll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder ... to learn to love myself again. Exactly as I am." It is alleged that she is being treated at the same Chicago center as Demi Lovato. We wish her all the best on her journey to health!
