Mandi's Thoughts on 'RHONY' Season 12 Episode 12!

photo courtesy of bravotv.com 'RHONY ' finally returned last night after nearly a month and it was supposed to be the best and worth the wait. Well, was it? It was very different, to say the least and that started with the taglines. Gone is Leah stinging like a bitch and she is much more tame; but why the mid-season change up? It most likely had to do with the fact the cast lost a key player as Tinsley Mortimer sang her swan song on the last episode when she left New York to live with now-fiance, Scott Kluth.  Remaining are OG's Luann de Lesseps and Ramona Singer as well as Sonja Morgan , who joined in season three; Dorinda Medley , who joined in season seven via Singer; and newcomer, Leah McSweeney , who came on this season via Mortimer. Along with the new taglines, another big change were quarantine confessionals, which shocked social media and garnered mixed emotions. So, how did I feel about the taglines, the new confessionals, and the episode as a whole? I am...

Mandi's "Halloween" Review: Should You See It?

movie buddies! "Halloween" has been out a little over a week now and I was lucky enough to see it opening weekend, having purchased tickets in advance. I always say I am going to see this horror film and that horror film but it just never happens. I stayed pretty faithful to the "SAW" franchise, having seen "Jigsaw" last year but slacked a lot because I am not a big movie goer. With "Halloween," it seemed inevitable I would have to join in on the craze because my favorite horror film of all-time is "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" and I am admittedly very picky about my scary movie choices. I grew up with "Child's Play" and was a teen with the "Scream" series so I have had the best of both worlds. "Halloween" set the bar like TCM so again, very high expectations. I did see "Halloween: H20" and was terrified to see it but made it through and laughed at how scared I was. I did no...

Megyn Kelly DUNZO at NBC!

photo courtesy of commons.wikimedia.org Megyn Kelly is dunzo at NBC after making a blackface comment just two days ago. This is according to an US Weekly source who claims Kelly did not want to leave the network but has no choice. "She didn't want to leave NBC but was forced out by management. This is only just beginning to sink in for Megyn because it happened so quickly," the source shared today. Megyn posed the question about blackface in relation to Halloween and racism but quickly came under fire. She sent out an email apology but in 2018, that is just not enough. She took the day off from work but we will soon see how this plays out. Do you think she should keep her job or be gone for good? Let us know!

Who Was Sent Home This Week on "Dancing With the Stars" Halloween Episode?

It was a crazy good night on "Dancing With the Stars" and by far one of the best Halloween episodes we have yet to see. Guest co-host and former competitor Leah Remini even got the crap scared out of her while interviewing a couple but was commended for not cursing once after she fell over in fear. Sadly, someone had to go home and it came down to Alexa/Mark, Hayes/Emma and Tamar/Val. I was hoping it would be Tamar because I love Val but am not a Tamar fan. Sadly, it was fifteen-year-old Hayes Grier who was sent home after kicking major ass tonight! Do you think the right couple went home? Let us know!
