  Credit: Chris Cuomo Instagram CNN has fired Chris Cuomo effective immediately. The popular news anchor was previously on suspension. He is currently under investigation for involvement with his brother, former Governor Andrew Cuomo's , political wrongdoings. In a statement, Chris had this to say: “This is not how I want my time at CNN to end. But I have already told you why and how I helped my brother." Anderson Cooper has been filling in his time slot which normally aired at 9 pm in between Cooper and Don Lemon. He and Lemon had a beautiful bromance that carried many through the pandemic.   photo courtesy of cnn.com If you are a CNN fan, you might have noticed Anderson Cooper has been noticeably absent most of this week. Instead, Erin Burnett has been filling in during his hour. So, where has the 52-year-old wildly popular anchor been? Tonight, we got answers and it was not what anyone expected. Cooper revealed he welcomed his first child, a baby boy, via surrogate, on Monday. He named his son Wyatt (for his father) Morgan (which he discovered was on the short list of possible names for him as well as a family name on his mother's side). Both of his parents have passed; his father died when he was 10 and his mother, Gloria Vanderbilt , passed away last summer. He also lost a brother to suicide but has a lot of close friends, including Andy Cohen . Cohen also welcomed a son last year via surrogate and reposted a photo of Anderson and Wyatt on Instagram as he and son, Ben are very eager to meet their new friend once this pandemic allows. Just like we were not too surprised when  Anderson Cooper, Rosie O'Donnell and Sam Champion revealed that they were gay, it is not a shock that Robin Roberts has come out. I feel like we have been waiting for this confirmation for the longest time but then again, is it our business?
