When looking for a new apartment, she fell in love with everything about the place she ultimately selected. But, in a clip the Countess posted on Instagram , she got a bit of a surprise while waiting for her movers. As she shared with co-star, Ramona Singer, Luann says she was standing in her empty apartment when she looked out on her terrace. As she was doing so (she starts to grab Singer to give her a visual), she looked outside and what did she see? Her ex-husband, Tom D'Agostino's penthouse terrace right across the way. How did she not even know?  Some fans on social media think she did know and purposely moved in anyways. Others think that's exactly why she moved into this apartment. Ha, not really as this was a doomed marriage from the start. Let's recap: Tom was first flirting with co-star Ramona Singer back in 2007 then went on around five dates with her a few August's back. During this time, he Tom spent a decade as friends with benefits to  Sonja Morgan , another housewife from the franchise. It was Dorinda Medley , who joined the cast in season 7, that set up D'Agostino and Luann, whom fell madly in love. It did not even bother the Countess that one week into her engagement and a few nights before her grandiose engagement party on a yacht in Palm Beach, Tom was off making out with some random chick at a hotel.
