Judge's second husband, Simon Barney has been diagnosed with stage 3 throat cancer but it seemingly has become a blessing in disguise. Since his diagnosis, which was initially believed to be an infection back in May '19, he has reconnected with his estranged son, Spencer, 19. "It's kind of like a new beginning for me and my family. It's really brought everyone closer together. When I told Tamra, she said she cried for like, two or three days. Things have changed with our relationship from there, in a good way. According to an article on RADAR Online , former 'RHOC' OG's Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson are not permitted to film for the next year due to a non-compete clause in their contracts. This clause is in effect for for one year; according to Radar's source, Judge and Gunvalson will have to get permission from Bravo to participate in any other television filming. This makes sense why Gunvalson , 57, founder of COTO Insurance, is doing a podcast where she will be seen and not heard. She had made it clear if her "friend of" demoted status was not boosted back to full-time for season 15, she was walking but I do not really think anyone believed her ego would allow her to leave. A few weeks ago, RADAR Online announced only Shannon Storms Beador, Tamra Judge, Emily Simpson , Kelly Dodd and Braunwyn Windham-Burke had been offered contracts to return for season 15. Gina Kirschenheiter was still awaiting her return letter and Gunvalson, the self-proclaimed 'OG of the OC' was still looking at being a "friend of," once again.
