Sean Penn is getting ready to be a daddy again but this time, the child is already here. Penn, 54 has filed a court petition to legally adopt his new fiancee Charlize Theron's son Jackson, 3. Theron had adopted Jackson and now, the duo is talking more babies. Penn has already been married twice: Madonna and Robin Wright with whom he had two children with. His daughter Dylan is 23 and son Hopper is 21. Penn and Theron reportedly became engaged in November of 2014. We wish them all the best as they enter into this new chapter of life!

For season eight, Team Pharrell Williams will have Lionel Richie; Team Adam Levine will have Ellie Goulding; Team Blake Shelton will have Meghan Trainor and Team Christina Aguilera will have Nick Jonas. This has not been officially confirmed, rumored by US Weekly , but if true, this will be Richie's second season as a mentor. The show returns Monday February 23rd on NBC. You won't want to miss it. No word on who will be the key mentor. So far, they have brought in Chris Martin from Coldplay and Taylor Swift !

Ian Somerhalder of "The Vampire Diaries" is engaged to "Twilight" actress Nikki Reed , we can confirm. This will be the second marriage for Reed who was married to an ex-American Idol contestant while Somerhalder was in a longtime relationship with co-star Nina Dobrev . The biggest question right now is why would the cast of "The Cosby Show" stand behind alleged rapist Bill Cosby . Well, let's see: the show is heavily in reruns and if any of the cast were to support claims against the Jell-O man, they could risk the show being pulled. That could then cut their residuals and the money that they most likely live on. That is why Cosby continues to deny what has happened because look at what happened when Stephen Collins of "7th Heaven" admitted he was a molester. His show got pulled and some cast members saw their financial livelihood go out the door. Think about it...

Just a few days after confirming that original "Teen Mom" star Maci Bookout was pregnant with a baby girl, another mama has given birth. Catelynn Lowell and longtime fiance Tyler Baltierra welcomed their second daughter Nova Reign on New Year's Day. Their first daughter, Carly was given up for adoption as they were still in high school when she was conceived. We followed their journey for several seasons on the "16 & Pregnant" spin-off "Teen Mom" where they showed the bittersweet moments of open adoption. Now in their early twenties, the choice to become parents was conscious after spending time on VH1's "Couples Therapy." For Christmas, Baltierra even surprised Lowell with a second engagement ring.
