The thirty-seven-year-old has had some rough bouts in her life, including substance abuse, rehab, and her mother, Sharon's cancer. Now, she is on top of the world with her boyfriend, Sid Wilson of the band Slipknot. Happily in love, the daughter of Sharon and Ozzy took to Instagram to share the big news. She explained she had been relatively quiet over the months but with good reason. Holding a sonogram, she wrote: "To say that I am happy does not quite cut it. I am ecstatic!" This will be the first child for Kelly. Interestingly enough, her brother Jack is expecting a baby, as well though this will be his fourth. Congrats to the expanding Osbourne family!

Joan Rivers has been rushed to Cedars Sinai Medical Center early Thursday morning after undergoing a throat treatment. The comedienne was sedated when she stopped breathing at an endoscopy center so 911 was immediately called to transport her. Rivers, 81 was listed as in critical condition but stable as she is in ICU; daughter Melissa and grandson Cooper have flown from LA to NYC to be by her side.

Not the country people, the model and offspring of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger . Ireland Baldwin has just debuted a new purple style which may explain why she has been platinum blonde for a short time now. The model, 18 has been joining in on hosting duties with "Entertainment Tonight" and has been making splashes in bikinis. So, what fueled this change? It seems as though Baldwin has just split from longtime boyfriend so maybe that sent her to the salon. Both Kelly Osbourne and Nicole Richie have gone to the purple side and this seems to be working for Baldwin as well. What do you think of the color change?

The better she looks, the more things change for her. Kelly Osbourne has called off her several month engagement to chef Matthew Mosshart but the split was amicable.  "The split is amicable and the pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another. Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings. No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy, decorum and space from the press but don't expect it," via a statement from their rep. The duo has not been seen in public in about a month. And from her tweets, it does not seem that "The Fashion Police" co-host, 29 is all that devastated, Tweeting:  "its all about perception sometimes the bad things that happen in life aren't really bad at all especially when you learn something from it!" We wish them both the best in their future loves!
