On the other hand, it was the series finale. After eight seasons, we have come to love these characters like a family and now they have been ripped from us. Chuck Lorre has said to continue, it would be too expensive. It's still a tragedy. This season, even with Anna Faris gone, has been phenomenal. The addition of Kristen Johnston was a brilliant move and Beth Hall has had a voice like no other.
