The two are already parents to three-year-old Justice Jay and have been married for six years. As for the sex of the twins? The Ackles' family will be adding another girl...and a BOY! Yes, they have hit the most desired gender combo for twins with one boy and one girl on the way and they paired up a row of cowboy boots to celebrate.
