Hugh Hefner Has Passed Away!

photo courtesy of amazon.com It is a sad day in Playboy history as founder, Hugh Hefner has passed away. His death has been a cause of several hoaxes over the past few years but today, it has been confirmed. Hef, who was 91, passed away in his longtime Holmby Hills home, surrounded by family and friends, according to his rep. The cause of death was natural causes and he will be buried next to Marilyn Monroe . Hefner's career was seemingly revitalized with the hit E! reality show, "The Girls Next Door," which focused on his relationship with his three then-girlfriends, Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt , and Kendra Wilkinson. The show lasted six seasons and made the girls household names. Holly went on to write two best-selling books, exposing her life as Hef's number one girl while marrying Pasquale Rotella and having two children. Review: Dr. Robert Rey, The True Story of Dr. 90210

photo courtesy of amazon.com Growing up with Dr. Robert Rey on E! , I was so excited to read about his life behind-the-scenes of his high profile plastic surgery career. I was not disappointed at all as Rey went deep in depth in his latest book "Dr. Robert Rey: The True Story of Dr. 90210."  With a foreword by Larry King , I loved reading about Rey's beginnings and felt that he did an amazing job with his descriptions, literally taking me to the places he spent time as a child. I also enjoyed reading about his experience with his wife and his bold quotes that helped to shape the entire book. As we already knew, Dr. Rey has shown that with strength and perseverance, absolutely anything is possible and it is a great message for the up and coming generations. To see where he started to where he is now is truly an inspiration and for that alone, I highly recommend you purchasing this book via Amazon.

3 Doors Down Ex-Guitarist Has Died...

It is with a heavy heart that we must share the news that former guitarist for 3 Doors Down and one of the founding members Matt Roberts, has passed away, his father confirms. The musician was just thirty-eight and it is suspected that an accidental overdose took his life. Just outside of Milwaukee, Matt and father Darrell were staying as the guitarist was to be partaking in a charity event. Father and son had adjoining rooms and it was police who woke Darrell up to alert him that Matt had died. Roberts was with the band when their debut album "The Better Life" went six times platinum and spawned the hits "Kryptonite" and "Loser."  He left four years ago due to health issues. We have yet to hear from his former band mates but this is not the first time that they have been plagued by tragedy. In 2013, bassist Robert Harrell was jailed after he was involved in a fatal car crash. That led to him being kicked out of the band and getting a two-y...
