photo courtesy of starwars.com Following our post of the passing of George Michael, we now must share even more devastating news. Carrie Fisher, best known as Princess Leia in the "Star Wars" films, has died at the age of 60. She had suffered a heart attack last week and was originally listed in critical condition and then stable by her dog, brother and mother, icon Debbie Reynolds. It seemed like she would pull through but sadly, that would not be the case as Fisher passed away this morning. Daughter Billie Lourd was the one who had the statement released about her mother's passing and is survived by Lourd and siblings Todd, Joely, and Tricia Leigh as well as mom, Debbie. They also have made mention of her bulldog, Gary. Right now, the world is struggling to understand why 2016 seems to be the year of the celebrity deaths and Fisher is someone we were all praying for extremely hard.
