This cast was put together splendidly though the addition of Jill Zarin in episode 2 was unnecessary. Every day has an itinerary to keep the ladies busy much like a Bluestone Manor summer camp. Unfortunately, Dorinda had become like an evil head mistress at a boarding school than the fun head counselor. BSM was always a place Bravo fans wanted to visit, if just for a weekend. Judge's second husband, Simon Barney has been diagnosed with stage 3 throat cancer but it seemingly has become a blessing in disguise. Since his diagnosis, which was initially believed to be an infection back in May '19, he has reconnected with his estranged son, Spencer, 19. "It's kind of like a new beginning for me and my family. It's really brought everyone closer together. When I told Tamra, she said she cried for like, two or three days. Things have changed with our relationship from there, in a good way. We're getting along in ways we haven't in years. And she's become close with my fiancee. And that shift carried across the board with my kids, too." According to an article on RADAR Online , former 'RHOC' OG's Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson are not permitted to film for the next year due to a non-compete clause in their contracts. This clause is in effect for for one year; according to Radar's source, Judge and Gunvalson will have to get permission from Bravo to participate in any other television filming. This makes sense why Gunvalson , 57, founder of COTO Insurance, is doing a podcast where she will be seen and not heard. Judge , 52, was offered a three episode arc for season 15, which she declined but she does have her booming CBD business as well as her gym, CUT Fitness.  Vicki, the only cast mate who had been there from day one, said she did not want to participate in the show if she would still be a "friend of"' as opposed to a full-time cast member and it seems Bravo heard her loud and clear. Yesterday, the self-proclaimed 'OG of the OC' Vicki Gunvalson announced, via Instagram , she was leaving the 'RHOC' after 14 seasons . She had made it clear if her "friend of" demoted status was not boosted back to full-time for season 15, she was walking but I do not really think anyone believed her ego would allow her to leave. We were wrong. Today, Tamra Judge , who joined the series in season three, took to the same social media platform to announce her departure, as well.  "It's been a wild 12 years. It appears her status is staying the same as season 14 and it is up to her if she wants to stay or if she wants to go. But, with all of those crazy housewives, 22 to be exact, very few have left a long-lasting impact. Since they have exited, the only former members of the OC we have any interest in keeping tabs on are: Gretchen  Rossi (seasons 4-8); Alexis Bellino (seasons 5-8); Heather Dubrow (seasons 7-11); and Meghan King Edmonds (seasons 10-12). Sadly, we have actually become disinterested with some of the actual active cast but we won't name names. We are quite happy Ms. Woo Hoo (Vicki Gunvalson) was demoted to "friend of" but then we had to hear the pity party which was super annoying but alas, we have to find one redeeming quality about the show so we can continue to get our housewives fix. Oh and we cannot forget Vicki Gunvalson getting engaged to Steve, definitely a move to prove she is still relevant. And why must she prove that? Because as we learned from the new cast photo, release yesterday, Vicki, the OG of the OC, has been officially demoted from series regular to "friend of." And it looks like the new cast member may be her new fun, Tres Amigas replacement in some capacity. But, some of the best times, for any season of any franchise, are the vacations. Well, with the exception of going to Iceland last year (was it last year when we had Peggy and brought back Lydia) on RHOC because that trip sucked! For the season 13 trip, it was time to spice things up as Shannon had just experienced an epic sales debut on QVC with her food line so why not head to Jamaica? There were many questions: would fun Vicki finally come out? Would Gina and Emily get some respect from Shannon? How many times would Vicki scream "whoop it up" before she gets locked up? The duo, who joined the BRAVO show in season 9, experienced a dramatic low when David cheated on Shannon. The two did the best that they could to rebuild, even renewing  their vows but it seemed that they could never find a happy place again. This season focused on Shannon's dramatic weight gain of 40  pounds and her struggle to connect with her husband and feel sexy.

I think because we have seen so many fireworks when it comes to "The Real Housewives of New York City" and the train wreck that is Tom and LuAnn and well as Ramona that we just expect the OC to be this sh**show but unfortunately, it fell flat in many ways. Not a shocker after some of the conflict between her and Dodd, especially after a fight at a restaurant where Dodd used the C word. Even a dune accident could not permanently save their relationship. Returning, we have OG (and the most obnoxious) Vicki Gunvalson ; Tamra Judge ; Shannon Beador ; new mom, Meghan King Edmonds ; and Kelly Dodd . Poor Meghan King Edmonds, newly preggers on the Bravo series, has to be the mature one and apologize when in reality, she did nothing wrong. I am referring to her not visiting co-star Vicki Gunvalson in the hospital after an accident at Glamis Dunes, which also involved Heather Dubrow, Tamra Judge and Kelly Dodd.  Both Meghan and Shannon Beador declined to visit Vicki as they were vacationing together   (who would have thunk it?) yet Meghan kept in touch with her throughout her brief hospital stay. Former enemies, Dodd and Dubrow, are now besties and Team Vicki and truly acting holier than thou. It is enough to make one vomit, to be honest and many twitter fans have started to not like Dubrow as much as they once did, myself included. This happened at Glamis Dunes, where Tamra Judge had arranged a birthday weekend for hubby Eddie, turning 43. She invited all of the girls but Shannon Beador declined to go (she has lung problems and uses a nebulizer every day) as well as Meghan King Edmonds, who learned that she was expecting via a blood test, on said episode. Vicki Gunvalson , Tamra, and newcomer Kelly Dodd boarded a luxury RV rented by Heather Dubrow (her son, Nicky was along for the event). It seemed like all fun and games...until it wasn't.

As you may have already known, "The Real Housewives of Orange County" stars Vicki Gunvalson's daughter Briana Culberson j ust welcomed her second son. That caused Vicki to have to jump on a plane to Oklahoma to help with the birth. Now, Vicki's sometimes best friend and co-star Tamra Judge is due to be a grandma. Last night, son Ryan announced that his fiancee is pregnant with the couple's first child. As you may remember, Ryan had lost a baby in one of the earlier seasons, causing him to tattoo "Nugget" on the inside of his lip. He seems way more settled and happy right now so congratulations!
