How You Can Have Your ‘FRIENDS’ Forever!

Photo courtesy of amazon.com On September 22, 1994 the first episode of ’ Friends ’   aired  on NBC, and since then the series, characters and its infamous taglines have become a global phenomenon. After 236 episodes and its 10 season run on-air, the beloved series went into syndication episodes on a number of networks, and in 2015, Netflix acquired the exclusive rights to stream the series; eventually becoming one of most watched shows on the platform, until the close of 2019!  So, where have your ’ Friends’ been, now that its 2020? TARGET Is Not Selling Beyonce's New Surprise Album?

Hold the phone! Beyonce and music fans alike got a sweet surprise when the singer released an impromptu album over the weekend which included 17 music videos. This was an amazing feat because, unless you spend hours analyzing Mrs. Carter, you never would have known. Yet one retailer is refusing to sell her album: TARGET! This is where I do so much of mu holiday shopping and to know that I cannot do it one stop makes me sad. Here is the reasoning:  "At Target we focus on offering our guests a wide assortment of physical CDs, and when a new album is available digitally before it is available physically, it impacts demand and sales projections," according to spokeswoman Erica Julkowski. So, in essence had the CD not seen an online release first, the mega chain would have sold it but because she didn't, they won't. Ummmm....

Hair To Share!

Everyone promises that their hair dye will change the way you look and give you fabulous, manageable and brilliant hair; that almost never happens. I have been coloring my hair for more time than I'd like to admit and have tried nearly everything. Yes, I am a sucker for commercials but hey...what of it? In any case, when Vidal Sassoon  released their pro-series hair dye, I was excited but skeptical. Promising me luxurious locks that were soft and matched the color on the box; no way in hell.
