WTF Is Up With...Sherri Shepherd??

Hold the phone and get Barbara Walters on this one because we are all just baffled. Her "The View" co-host/comedienne Sherri Shepherd, 47 is going through a separation AND she is expecting a baby via surrogate with hubby Lamar Sally.
Okay, so when did the trouble in paradise start Sherri? The two wed in 2011 while Sally filed the separation paper work on the 2nd of this month. In the papers, he states that he wants custody of unborn son, Lamar Sally Jr. due at the end of July. He also would like spousal support and for his soon-to-be ex to pay his legal fees as well as making their pre-nup null in void due to fraud. Sources claim that Sally was actually the fraudulent one as he supposedly had all these big jobs lined up yet failed to produce anything. The question now begs: how is the surrogate situation? Is it Sally's sperm and Shepherd's egg or a donors and furthermore, was there discussion of what would happen to the child per a divorce? Shepherd is already mom to son Jeffrey with her first husband. We wish her all the best during this difficult and disturbing time!
