We all know that it is the coaches that do most of the ass kicking on "The Voice" to make the absolute best teams. But don't forget that they do have assistance for the Battle Rounds. For season eight, Team Pharrell Williams will have Lionel Richie; Team Adam Levine will have Ellie Goulding; Team Blake Shelton will have Meghan Trainor and Team Christina Aguilera will have Nick Jonas. This has not been officially confirmed, rumored by US Weekly, but if true, this will be Richie's second season as a mentor. The show returns Monday February 23rd on NBC. You won't want to miss it. No word on who will be the key mentor. So far, they have brought in Chris Martin from Coldplay and Taylor Swift!

TRLW lasted three seasons with a revolving door of lesbians who soon became like friends and family. Initially based in California, the show followed the lives of a handful of gay women, somehow intertwined in life, and what it was like to date, fall in love, have sex, try to make babies, propose, be successful, and so much more. By the final season, the series went bi-coastal, utilizing NYC as a playground, as well. The show ended in 2012 with two weddings and a lot of tears. So, where are they now?
