After finally wining the judges respect as well as the fans, Kim Zolciak-Biermann has suffered somewhat of a dancing setback. The mom of six and former "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star was hospitalized for a mini-stroke after one side of her body went numb and she had trouble with her speech, she revealed. She was able to show off her hooked-up self in the hospital on Instagram and thank her team, which included her children, for being there for her when she needed them.
