Everyone from Spike Lee to Jada Pinkett Smith seem to be up in arms over the lack of diversity for the 2016 Oscar nominations. I think it was referred to as lilly white but I could be wrong. Here's the thing: we have an impeccable black host in Chris Rock who will make sure that everyone feels uncomfortable in the most comfortable way. Trust me, it makes sense. Furthermore, the President of the Academy is black and what I really take exception to is the fact that so many of the nominees are not even American! Kate Winslet, Helen Mirren, Eddie Redmayne...all brilliant actors but not from the United States. Furthermore, how do we know that African-American actors did not turn down parts that the Leo's and the Matt's ended up with because of conflict in scheduling. What goes on behind the doors, we do not know but as a community of actors, just support one another. Or you can keep blackballing one another, I don't care. I'm not nominated so whatever...

Actors can keep acting but reality stars can drift off into the clouds after their 15 minutes of fame are over. TRLW lasted three seasons with a revolving door of lesbians who soon became like friends and family. Initially based in California, the show followed the lives of a handful of gay women, somehow intertwined in life, and what it was like to date, fall in love, have sex, try to make babies, propose, be successful, and so much more. By the final season, the series went bi-coastal, utilizing NYC as a playground, as well. The show ended in 2012 with two weddings and a lot of tears. So, where are they now? Get ready to catch up with our fave reality celesbians! - Whitney Mixter : the player of the series, she may have hooked up with almost every member of the cast. But,
