A "RHOC" Divorce!

And it is over! Kelly Dodd has announced that she has plans to divorce her husband, Michael for the second time. "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star, who is in her second season of the hit BRAVO reality show, spoke with The Daily Mail to share the news. The two share a daughter, Jolie, who they had via IVF. The couple had previously separated for two years in which Kelly became engaged to another man but the two reconciled. "We've had problems for years and I've had enough. I'm done with our marriage. It's just a case where two people can't get along. It's best if we went our separate ways and concentrate on our daughter."

The motion to divorce was initially filed in 2012 and now, Kelly is requesting a bifurcated divorce, which means a "couple's marital status is terminated before settlement issues are officially finalized." Kelly went on to say, "I want out of my marriage as soon as possible. We can figure out the financials of our divorce down the road." On the show, co-star Meghan King Edmonds had alluded to the idea that Kelly maybe had a boyfriend while with Michael. We wish them happiness and are personally happy, as fans, that they did not pull a Luann and Tom from RHONY and wait until after the reunion to announce their divorce!
