Fans have watched as Raquel Leviss stood by DJ-boyfriend, James Kennedy's side for five years. Now, the 'Vanderpump Rules' co-stars are taking their relationship to the next level. On a cast trip for Season 9, Kennedy got down on one knee and popped the big question. Leviss shared the happy news on her Instagram. Fans have questioned if this is part of a story line but Leviss has been an integral part of getting Kennedy on the sober track.
