'Sex and the City' fans, start getting exciting! The reboot, now entitled 'And Just Like That' had its first table read early this morning in New York City. The cast, which included Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis, all gathered together for the limited series. All scripts were collected at the end of the read, according to an Instagram post. Davis was allegedly late, as she commented on Parker's social media. Also in attendance was Chris Noth (Mr. Big), Willie Garson (Stanford Blatch), Mario Cantone (Anthony), and Sara Ramirez.
The 'Grey's Anatomy' alum is joining the cast as Che Diaz. Missing today (or maybe not pictured) was David Eigenberg who played Steve Brady. Obviously, one former cast member who will not be reprising her role is Kim Catrall as Samantha Jones. She will be missed and it will be interesting how the writers will move in without her. However, for die hard fans, it was a cosmic moment seeing the ladies reunite. Will you be watching? The series will premiere on HBO Max hopefully later this year!
