CNN has fired Chris Cuomo effective immediately. The popular news anchor was previously on suspension. He is currently under investigation for involvement with his brother, former Governor Andrew Cuomo's, political wrongdoings. In a statement, Chris had this to say: “This is not how I want my time at CNN to end. But I have already told you why and how I helped my brother." Anderson Cooper has been filling in his time slot which normally aired at 9 pm in between Cooper and Don Lemon. He and Lemon had a beautiful bromance that carried many through the pandemic.
