Musical icon Tina Turner has passed away. She was just 83. Known for her raspy yet powerful voice and sexy strut, Turner had a tough life story. She was in a tumultuous relationship with Ike Turner yet she was a hitmaker. Turner sang songs like the cover of 'Proud Mary' and the eighties smash 'What's Love Got To Do With It.' Her life spawned a biography film starring Oscar-nominated Angela Bassett. Per Deadline, she died in her home near Zurich according to her U.K. spokesperson. May her music be the blessing and legacy that lives within all of us. Rest in peace.
