Brooke Hogan Calls Off Wedding!

It seems like only yesterday we were celebrating the big news of "Hogan Knows Best" starlet Brooke Hogan getting engaged. Now, we are mourning the fact that the engagement is now off. Hogan, 25 accepted a ring from boyfriend Phil Costa of the Dallas Cowboys. The reason for the split?
Hogan's rep claims that she wanted to focus on her music career: "Brooke moved back to L.A. a couple of weeks ago to be closer to her mom Linda Hogan and she is currently in the studio working on her album. She's halfway through (the album) and expects to release it in the spring." On the bright side, hearing that Brooke and Linda are attempting to get close again is a huge deal as they became estranged after her parent's separation. Linda then went on to date a friend of Brooke's and that was a whole other issue. We wish Hogan and Costa the best!

'DWTS' Names First Season 35 Contestants

YouTube Dancing With the Stars has named its first contestants for Season 35. Many names have been thrown around, but now, two are official. The first is Maura Higgins of Love Island and The Traitors fame. She infamously got the winner, Rob Rausch, to buy her a Birkin when he was able to deceive her in Season 4 of The Traitors. Her name had been out there for DWTS as well as for The Bachelorette , so it will be great to see how far she makes it. The next is Summer House star Ciara Miller. She is smack dab in the middle of the Amanda Batula/West Wilson romance scandal, so her time is now. This all went down on Wednesday, April 22nd, at Hulu's Get Real House event.
