Wow! Olivia Wilde is always brilliantly glamorous but now that she is pregnant, she is positively flawless. Stepping out in a long sleeved sparkly emerald dress, Wilde looked radiant, classy and proved that just because you are pregnant, you don't have to look like a slob!

Drew Barrymore however, looked like she stepped out of a limo in a white dress then they threw red and pink confetti on her. We love her so much that we don't dare show the photo!
