When Julianne Hough debuted a neck length bob, fans went crazy and loved her new short do. Then she went back to her "Dancing With the Stars" roots and added extensions for a part but promised the bob would be back. Well, move over Charlize Theron because Hough has joined the pixie club. It's an adorable look for her but we would like to know why she jumped on the chop bandwagon. We know that she went shorter for "Safe Haven" but why this dramatic change?
