Soleil Moon Frye and husband Jason Goldberg just welcomed their first son, Lyric Sonny Roads and they could not wait to share the photos with PEOPLE via her brother Meeno. This is the first boy for the couple, married over a decade as they have daughters Poet, 8 and Jagger, 6. So, how was this experience different? Moon Frye, 37 shares all about having a big baby and constant sickness carrying a boy.
“With my first [daughter Poet Sienna Rose, 8½], I was so crazy about making sure everything was perfect. I was more laid-back with Jagger, and now it’s even more so. I try not to beat myself up. We’re too hard on ourselves.” But that did not mean that everything was sunshine and roses for the actress/writer and humanitarian. “I had morning sickness — morning, noon and night. And the last month or two was really hard — it was hard to get out of bed, hard to move around. I think because he was so big.” Remember, Moon Frye is tiny at only 5'1 so delivering an over nine pound baby was not the easiest. Fortunately, the former "Punky Brewster" star was able to a get a "bit of an epidural" for her future "football player" son. The family is super happy with what they have and are just enjoy the sense of being complete, especially Jagger who has moved up from being the baby. According to mom, she had no idea how much Jagger wanted a sibling until Lyric was born. So cute and so sweet, we just love them.
