Congrats go out to Kevin Federline and wife Victoria as they have welcomed their second daughter together. They already have a daughter, Jordan and wed in Las Vegas several months back. The baby was born yesterday and joins his son and daughter from relationship with Shar Jackson and two sons with ex-wife Britney Spears. No names have been released yet!
