"The Hills" Star Gets Major Make-Over!

It seems that the whole cast of "The Hills" is growing up. Lauren "LC" Conrad is engaged, Kristin Cavallari is married with two sons, Frankie Delgado just had a baby and now Whitney Port has decided to change it up a little bit. The fashion designer, 29 who received an MTV spin-off called "The City" chopped off her long locks after experimenting with colors over the years.

It's pretty dramatic as it barely grazes her shoulders and seems a touch lighter. Some are speculating that it is for her upcoming wedding as she too, is engaged! She debuted the new look on what else...Instagram, saying:"Finally did it! Man, I feel like a woman!" We love it but what do you think?!
