WTF Is Up With...Sherri Shepherd Part 2

This was supposed to be Barbara Walters' week as she was the one stepping down from her permanent chair on "The View." Ha, she got trumped but not by someone you'd think. Once again, co-host Sherri Shepherd finds herself in the midst of more baby-papa drama, this time with her first husband.
So, let's start at the beginning or last week if you will. Shepherd announced that she and husband of three years Lamar Sally had split. Rumors started running rampant that he had made all these business promises to Shepherd, 47 none of which he kept. Both sides have mentioned that the union had fraudulent elements. Then Sally petitioned for full custody of he and Shepherd's unborn baby, due in July via surrogate. Now, her first husband and father to son Jeffrey, 9 is petitioning for full custody of the young boy. Documents have surfaced with Jeffrey Tarpley asking for custody due to "neglect...compounded by poor parenting choices, refusal to provide for our child's immediate needs not being nurtured, both mentally and emotionally, lack thereof or no judgment at all when considering skilled child care providers, and a deficiency for inventiveness as it relates to the minor child's educational needs and concerns." There is also talk of Shepherd's work schedule interfering with her son's blossoming as he has special needs and wanted his ex to have nothing to do with their son until further notice. The judge has halted all this craziness in regards to Jeffery until the end of July, when the surrogate baby is due. Shepherd replied with allegations that her ex is an "absentee dad." We will keep you posted on how this all plays out.

Such has been the case for 'Jerseylicious' star, Tracy DiMarco , who always went head-to-head with Olivia Blois-Sharpe on the show based around the never-ending drama at the Jersey salon, The Gatsby. Fans (and haters) began to notice a lack of presence when it came to her husband, Corey and questioned if their marriage was okay. There is an abundance of photos of daughters, Skylar and
