Gym, Tan, Laundry...Jail?

I think that Mike Sorrentino added on too many words to his daily regimen when he was arrested at a tanning salon earlier for a brawl. The "Jersey Shore" star also known as "The Situation," was at Middletown, New Jersey's Boca Tanning Salon getting his GTL on when he was involved in a physical altercation. Did someone steal his tanning booth?
"On Tuesday afternoon we responded to a 911 call at Boca in reference to a fight in progress. Upon arrival, our officers arrested Mike Sorrentino for simple assault," we have learned in a statement to PEOPLE. Furthermore, he must post $500 in bail and await a court date. Allegedly, the fight was between Mike, 31 and his brother Frank. I can only imagine how that one went down and I was hopeful that we would see it on his new TV Guide Network reality show "The Sorrentinos" which revolves around his family as they open a tanning salon. As you may remember, Mike had a stint in rehab in 2012 so we are hoping he is staying clean!
