Neil Patrick Harris and longtime beau David Burtka have made it official. Vows were exchanged in Italy last weekend and officiated by Harris' "How I Met Your Mother" director Pam Fryman. Their twins Harper Grace and Gideon Scott, who donned a top hat joined their parents along with "close friends and family." Kelly Ripa was a guest at the gorgeous castle vows and she has nothing but praise for the couple and the ceremony. Much congratulations to them.
