Selena Gomez's Battle With Lupus!

If Hollywood is not talking about her weight or past relationship with Justin Bieber, there is always something going on with former Disney darling Selena Gomez. Now, Gomez, 23 is opening up about something very personal: her battle with lupus. The singer/actress was doing an interview with Billboard when she admitted that she suffered from the illness in 2014.

Rumors are swirling now that when she checked into rehab around that time that this could have been the reason as Gomez also talked about chemotherapy. "I was diagnosed with lupus, and I've been through chemotherapy. That's what my break was really about. I could've had a stroke," she revealed. Gomez went on to add that talk of substance abuse being the reason for rehab and her break really hurt her. "I wanted so badly to say, 'You guys have no idea. I'm in chemotherapy. You're assholes.' I locked myself away until I was confident and comfortable again." We only hope that her health is on the upswing and we will say it for you, Selena: YOU'RE ASSHOLES.
