RHOC Season 12 Quick-Cap

Season 12 of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" is underway and there are many mixed emotions with this one. I think because we have seen so many fireworks when it comes to "The Real Housewives of New York City" and the train wreck that is Tom and LuAnn and well as Ramona that we just expect the OC to be this sh**show but unfortunately, it fell flat in many ways. ICYMI, here is what happened during the season 12 premiere.

  • Shannon Beador has gained 40 pounds due to the stress that was caused by Vicki Gunvalson's allegations that Beador's husband David had been abusive. It caused her to overeat and over drink. It is clear that she is a shell of herself but I think the women are curious as to why she let it get so out of hand. I still have hope and I can only imagine how devastating that must have been for her and her family.
  • Kelly Dodd is back and I just ignore her.
  • Vicki has a boyfriend. I had to watch her eat. I am happy the women, minus Kelly, still do not like her. Oh and someone else still likes her. That means the return of...
  • Lydia McLaughlin is back. She was there for season 8 with her fairy dusting mother but her Bible study ways made her a snooze and Lydia left to have a third child. She is back and she's still boring. Nice girl, boring as all hell...still married to Doug, mom is still awesome...can we make Mama Judy a housewife?
  • Tamra Judge is still close with Shannon but is struggling with the fact that she is missing her daughter, Sidney's senior year of high school. Fortunately, granddaughter Ava is giving her life! Still owns CUT Fitness with Eddie and is still pretty religious, attending Lydia's Bible study but does not want to make up with Vicki any time soon.
  • Meghan King Edmonds is a mommy to baby Aspen and could not be happier and Jimmy is such a doting dad. They are very happy and many fans may be surprised by that. I am thrilled by it.
  • The newest housewife has yet to be introduced but it looks like she is coming around the mountain. Next week, there will be a party where Lydia and Shannon come face to face over Vicki. I am Team Shannon for this one!!
What did you think? Anyone miss Heather? I kind of did. What do we think of David and Shannon? Will they last or is this the end? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter @3icecubes.

*According to Tamra, she and Vicki still are not speaking.

A 'Jerseylicious' Split!

photo courtesy of imdb.com When you were on a semi-successful reality show, especially as one of the key players, and everyone watched your love story unfold, it only makes sense they will want to keep following you after the series has ended. Such has been the case for 'Jerseylicious' star, Tracy DiMarco , who always went head-to-head with Olivia Blois-Sharpe on the show based around the never-ending drama at the Jersey salon, The Gatsby. Eventually, DiMarco got her happily ever after when she married Corey Epstein in her dream wedding. She continued to pursue her passion, have three kids, develop a wildly successful podcast, and work on clothing and accessories.  But, when you are in the public eye, boasting 541K followers on Instagram , almost everything you do is up for scrutiny. Fans (and haters) began to notice a lack of presence when it came to her husband, Corey and questioned if their marriage was okay. There is an abundance of photos of daughters, Skylar and

'The Real L Word' Cast- Where Are They Now?

photo courtesy of amazon.com With the return of the hit Showtime series, 'The L Word,' it makes fans of the original show and ultimate reality spinoff, 'The Real L Word,' quite nostalgic. Actors can keep acting but reality stars can drift off into the clouds after their 15 minutes of fame are over. TRLW lasted three seasons with a revolving door of lesbians who soon became like friends and family. Initially based in California, the show followed the lives of a handful of gay women, somehow intertwined in life, and what it was like to date, fall in love, have sex, try to make babies, propose, be successful, and so much more. By the final season, the series went bi-coastal, utilizing NYC as a playground, as well. The show ended in 2012 with two weddings and a lot of tears. So, where are they now?
