Two Celeb Suicides in One Week!

News like this is time-sensitive but sometimes, words are hard to come by. Three Ice Cubes was ready to release a statement about the passing of designer Kate Spade, who tragically took her own life last week. Then, the world was hit again by another suicide, this time losing the incredibly talented chef, Anthony Bourdain. Both were extremely creative so it leads one to wonder what the connection between mental illness and creativity is, if there is any tie. There is, by some standards but this could be debated heavily for days.

Both Spade and Bourdain committed suicide by hanging, with Bourdain having an open history of heavy drug and alcohol abuse. They both leave behind one child each and family as well as a bevy of fans that will miss them for years to come. If anything can be learned from these tragedies is that suicide is never the answer. 'DWTS' Names First Season 35 Contestants

YouTube Dancing With the Stars has named its first contestants for Season 35. Many names have been thrown around, but now, two are official. The first is Maura Higgins of Love Island and The Traitors fame. She infamously got the winner, Rob Rausch, to buy her a Birkin when he was able to deceive her in Season 4 of The Traitors. Her name had been out there for DWTS as well as for The Bachelorette , so it will be great to see how far she makes it. The next is Summer House star Ciara Miller. 'The Real L Word' Cast- Where Are They Now?

Actors can keep acting but reality stars can drift off into the clouds after their 15 minutes of fame are over. TRLW lasted three seasons with a revolving door of lesbians who soon became like friends and family.
