It's a situation! Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino of "Jersey Shore" fame has been sentenced to eight months in prison for tax evasion. Both Mike and brother, Marc were indicted four years ago for failing to pay taxes on income they brought in from 2010 to 2012; this amount equaled $8.9 million dollars. Just last year, the brothers were further charged with tax evasion, structuring and falsifying records. All the while, Mike was attempting to clean up his act, getting sober (he just celebrated 34 months clean) and maintaining a longstanding and healthy relationship with now-fiance, Lauren Pesce.

He almost did not make it to part one of "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" back in January as he had court and needed permission to head to Miami. He did eventually meet his roomies a few days later and was able to join them this time around in Las Vegas for part two, currently airing Thursday nights on MTV. His roommates were all by his side today at court as he awaited his fate though only Jenni "JWoww" Farley and Vinny Guadagnino were present in the courtroom for sentencing. Mike will also have two years of supervised probation and must pay a $10,000 fine within the next 30 days and complete 500 hours of community service.

As for brother, Marc- he was not as fortunate, being sentenced to two years in prison and a $75,000 fine. No word as to when Mike or his brother must begin their sentences but it appears, from what Mike has said prior, he and Pesce will tie the knot before this season of JS ends. The duo just celebrated their wedding shower and she has stuck by his side and seemingly has a good support system within his roomies. We wish him all the best and are fairly certain he will be out sooner rather than later!

photo courtesy of imdb.com When you were on a semi-successful reality show, especially as one of the key players, and everyone watched your love story unfold, it only makes sense they will want to keep following you after the series has ended. Such has been the case for 'Jerseylicious' star, Tracy DiMarco , who always went head-to-head with Olivia Blois-Sharpe on the show based around the never-ending drama at the Jersey salon, The Gatsby. Eventually, DiMarco got her happily ever after when she married Corey Epstein in her dream wedding. She continued to pursue her passion, have three kids, develop a wildly successful podcast, and work on clothing and accessories.  But, when you are in the public eye, boasting 541K followers on Instagram , almost everything you do is up for scrutiny. Fans (and haters) began to notice a lack of presence when it came to her husband, Corey and questioned if their marriage was okay. There is an abundance of photos of daughters, Skylar and

Initially based in California, the show followed the lives of a handful of gay women, somehow intertwined in life, and what it was like to date, fall in love, have sex, try to make babies, propose, be successful, and so much more. By the final season, the series went bi-coastal, utilizing NYC as a playground, as well. The show ended in 2012 with two weddings and a lot of tears. So, where are they now?
