A "RHOC" Arrest!

Usually, when it comes to an arrest in the OC, it often has had to do with former housewife, Lynne Curtin's youngest daughter, Alexa or Lauri Peterson's son, Josh Waring. But, this time, it is all about current "RHOC" cast member, Gina Kirschenheiter. The 34-year-old was arrested for for a DUI yesterday, US Weekly confirmed. "Gina Kirschenheiter was stopped for a traffic violation in Rancho Santa Margarita at Santa Margarita Parkway. She was arrested for DUI at 12:20 a.m. on January 31 and was released at noon that same day," according to public affairs officer, Jaimee Blashaw. Gina joined the cast for season 13 along with lawyer, Emily Simpson but was posed as a single mother to three young kids while husband, Matt lived in LA during the week for work, only coming home on the weekends. It was revealed through the press prior to show's debut, or right after, that the couple had filed for divorce and we watched it play out on television. Matt was never actually seen as his job would not permit him to be filmed.

Today, Gina released a statement: " I made a very bad choice the other night after a mom's night out. I am extremely disappointed in myself and regret my actions wholeheartedly. I have learned a valuable lesson and hope to show you all that one incident does not define me." She will appear in court on the 28th of this month and is said to be coming back for season 14; she was just seen with her co-stars at Andy Cohen's baby shower. No word if this incident will appear on the show as Countess Luann's did on RHONY. Only time will tell but we truly hope she has learned and this was just a minor setback in a world full of comebacks. And remember- never drive under the influence. You are not only endangering yourself but others on the road. Call someone.

Such has been the case for 'Jerseylicious' star, Tracy DiMarco , who always went head-to-head with Olivia Blois-Sharpe on the show based around the never-ending drama at the Jersey salon, The Gatsby. Eventually, DiMarco got her happily ever after when she married Corey Epstein in her dream wedding. She continued to pursue her passion, have three kids, develop a wildly successful podcast, and work on clothing and accessories.  But, when you are in the public eye, boasting 541K followers on Instagram , almost everything you do is up for scrutiny. Fans (and haters) began to notice a lack of presence when it came to her husband, Corey and questioned if their marriage was okay. There is an abundance of photos of daughters, Skylar and
