Mandi's Thoughts on the Season 9 Couples of Married at First Sight!

'Married At First Sight' is back for season nine in North Carolina and of course, I am skeptical. Last season, we had Luke, who was so mentally abusive all season, it was disgusting. I could not believe he was still on the show when it ended after all of his poor behavior but then I saw how Kate just accepted it and realized the experts were at fault for not putting her in serious counseling. So now, eight new singles were taking on the challenge and I was so excited to see who was paired with who and take a guess at who would survive and who would fail. After the season nine premiere, here is who I think will stay together because I always like to start on a positive note:

-Matthew Gwynne and Amber Bowles: he's a professional basketball player and she is a teacher who lives for basketball. He needs a family after his parents split and hers is super welcoming. It is literally a match made on the court. However, I am sure Matt will love the bball talk and being able to challenge his wife on the court but amber is an admitted tomboy who does not wear make-up or dress up much. I feel like she might have to integrate some of the beauty she brought to their wedding day every once in a while, just to keep the spice alive. She does not want to completely become one of the boys. If she does a few girlie things, I truly believe the experts may have gotten this one right.
-Gregory Okotie and Deonna McNeil: they are both professionals very strong in their relationships with God. They even had prayer circles with loved ones prior to the wedding so if this is what connects and bonds them, along with other amazing life experiences, this could be great.

I wanted Jamie and Elizabeth (they get married next week) to work out because she is wild and fun, just what he is looking for (made clear as he was hitting on the boobtastic poker dealer at the bachelor party). However, I think his brother is more her speed and she will just be turned off by his nerdiness and desire to try to be cool, which he really fails at. She's the fire and he's the water. As for Iris and Keith, I love Keith but Iris just loves Iris so I really think this is going to be one of those up in the air situations. She has saved herself for marriage so I hope he is sooooo good, she becomes a fiend and this changes everything! What are your thoughts? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter @3icecubes!

*Don't forget to watch the show Wednesday night on Lifetime at 830pm.

A 'Jerseylicious' Split!

photo courtesy of imdb.com When you were on a semi-successful reality show, especially as one of the key players, and everyone watched your love story unfold, it only makes sense they will want to keep following you after the series has ended. Such has been the case for 'Jerseylicious' star, Tracy DiMarco , who always went head-to-head with Olivia Blois-Sharpe on the show based around the never-ending drama at the Jersey salon, The Gatsby. Eventually, DiMarco got her happily ever after when she married Corey Epstein in her dream wedding. She continued to pursue her passion, have three kids, develop a wildly successful podcast, and work on clothing and accessories.  But, when you are in the public eye, boasting 541K followers on Instagram , almost everything you do is up for scrutiny. Fans (and haters) began to notice a lack of presence when it came to her husband, Corey and questioned if their marriage was okay. There is an abundance of photos of daughters, Skylar and

'The Real L Word' Cast- Where Are They Now?

photo courtesy of amazon.com With the return of the hit Showtime series, 'The L Word,' it makes fans of the original show and ultimate reality spinoff, 'The Real L Word,' quite nostalgic. Actors can keep acting but reality stars can drift off into the clouds after their 15 minutes of fame are over. TRLW lasted three seasons with a revolving door of lesbians who soon became like friends and family. Initially based in California, the show followed the lives of a handful of gay women, somehow intertwined in life, and what it was like to date, fall in love, have sex, try to make babies, propose, be successful, and so much more. By the final season, the series went bi-coastal, utilizing NYC as a playground, as well. The show ended in 2012 with two weddings and a lot of tears. So, where are they now? Get ready to catch up with our fave reality celesbians! - Whitney Mixter : the player of the series, she may have hooked up with almost every member of the cast. But,
