Pamela Anderson Marriage Over!

Pamela Anderson may be a single woman again less than two weeks after getting married. The former 'Baywatch' bombshell and Playboy icon, announced her separation from her fourth husband, Jon Peters in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter:

"I have been moved by the warm reception to Jon and my union. We would be very grateful for your support as we take some time apart to re-evaluate what we want from life and from one another. Life is a journey and love is a process. With that universal truth in mind, we have mutually decided to put off the formalization of our marriage certificate and put our faith in the process. Thank you for respecting our privacy."

The duo had dated over 30 years ago at the beginning of Anderson's career and reconnected a few months ago but no one knew what was going on until they announced they had tied the knot. Peters, 74, seemed very much in love with his new bride, telling THR this post-wedding:

"There are beautiful girls everywhere. I could have my pick, but-for 35 years- I've only wanted Pamela. She makes me wild-in a good way. She inspires me. I protect her and treat her the way she deserves to be treated."

Peters has been married four times prior while Anderson was previously wed to Tommy Lee, Kid Rock, and Rick Salomon (twice). Though Peters spoke so eloquently about his wife, he apparently could not be reached for comment about this hurdle in their relationship. The only news we may hear is that the marriage paperwork is thrown in the trash.
