Though everything seems to be put on hold (except for the party animals who won't stay off the beaches and the streets), more and more cases of coronovirus are coming out everyday. Though most suffering with COVID-19 remain nameless and faceless, it is the diagnosed celebrities who are painting a clearer picture of what going through this diagnosis is like. It started with Tom Hanks and wife, Rita Wilson then headed on to Idris Elba and now, Andy Cohen is the latest to share he has been diagnosed. In an Instagram post, less than an hour ago, Cohen, 51 revealed the cause of him feeling under the weather:
"After a few days of self-quarantine, and not feeling great, I have tested positive for Coronavirus. As much as I felt like I could push through whatever I was feeling to do #WWHL from home, we're putting a pin in that for now so I can focus on getting better. I want to thank all the medical professionals who are working tirelessly for all of us, and urge everybody to stay home and take care of themselves."
Production of his live show had been shut down, much like everything else but he had been doing much work from home and was planning on doing his nighttime show at home. He would have his regular guests virtually and already had a fun line-up but his health clearly comes before anything else. Among the others to reveal they are positive have been Saints Head Coach Sean Payton, Daniel Dae Kim, Colton Underwood, several Jazz players, and more. This is a pandemic and even if we feel trapped and confused, the only way for it to end faster is to stay put! Only go out for essential items, wash your hands, use your head and don't be like Evangeline Lilly who does not give a crap about any of this.
