Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson Test Positive For Coronavirus!

It is now reaching the celebrity sphere! Tom Hanks and wife, Rita Wilson have confirmed they are the latest victims of coronavirus, as they film an Elvis biopic in Australia.

"Hello, folks. Rita and I are down here in Australia. We felt a bit tired, like we had colds, and some body aches. Rita had some chills that came and went. Slight fevers, too. To play things right, as is needed in the world right now, we were tested for the coronavirus, and were found to be positive," shared Hanks. He added he and Wilson will continue with the updates.

The Oscar winner will be portraying Elvis Presley's manager, Colonel Tom Parker, in the movie directed by master Baz Luhrmann. The world has literally been shutting down by the minute. The NBA has suspended the rest of the season, there is a 30 day travel ban to Europe, schools and universities have switched to online learning, Stagecoach and Coachella have been rescheduled, and SXSW has been cancelled. There will be so much more to come, we are sure, but this truly feels like the Armageddon of 2020 for someone born in 1983 and it's just been an eerie feeling. We have no control of what is next and it is the unexpected that is truly scary. But, we must keep staying on top of our health, be vigilant about our hygiene, and keep all those affected in our thoughts and prayers.
