Dustin Diamond Has Passed Away After Lung Cancer Battle!

Shortly after learning of his diagnosis, Dustin Diamond has passed away. The actor/comedian, best known for his role as Samuel "Screech" Powers on 'Saved By the Bell' was only 44. His rep confirmed the news today to TMZ. Diamond had been on a decline since last week and was taken off of breathing machines. The hope was to get him to hospice but unfortunately, that was not to be. Luckily, he was able to make amends with several of his SBTB co-stars after years of not speaking. They even did a recent Peacock reboot of the series in which he was the only OG not involved. It will be interesting to hear their reactions to his passing. We hope he is finally at peace. His girlfriend was by his side as his slipped away so he was not alone.
