Comedian Kathy Griffin Has Lung Cancer!

Comedian Kathy Griffin has revealed she is battling lung cancer. She shared the news on her Instagram page in a quick post. It is currently contained to her left lung and is at stage one. The doctors will be removing part of said lung and are extremely optimistic. It appears she will not have to undergo chemo or radiation after this procedure, deeming it is successful. Griffin notes had she not been vaccinated, the outcome would have been far worse. This is in no way an endorsement for vaccination but rather a cautionary tale of what could have been. Several years ago, Kathy's sister was diagnosed with cancer. To show her support for her sibling's long road ahead, Kathy shaved her head. We wish her a speedy recovery.
