What Raquel Leviss Needs To Explain

credit: Raquel Leviss Instagram

Some may say that Raquel Leviss does not owe anyone an explanation for her affair with Tom Sandoval. That might be true. However, she was the one who decided to have an interview right outside of a nail salon, sans makeup, wearing her glasses, and looking like she had just been through one of the worst moments of her life. She wanted Vanderpump Rules fans as well as all of the Bravo-verse to pity her. To see her as this regular human being who makes mistakes. Yes, everyone makes mistakes but a decent human is accountable for what they do. As an avid follower of Vanderpump (and someone who never really cared for Leviss, to begin with), here are some things that she needs to explain.

The first is her "alleged" black eye from Scheana Shay. She supposedly obtained this after WWHL when the two ladies appeared together. Right after, Ariana Madix apparently called Leviss to confront her about her hooking up with Tom Sandoval. At the time, Ariana and Tom had been together for nine years and Raquel was a close friend of both of theirs. More so, she was a confidante of Ariana's so to be betrayed like that was horrid. These adult children need to keep it outside of their circle but I digress. When Madix contacted Leviss, she and Shay were out together. Shay was so mad that her best friend had been betrayed, and that she herself had been lied to, things got heated.
Raquel alleged that Scheana became violent with her thus leading to a black eye and beyond. A TRO was even put into place but it was soon revealed that Raquel had this black eye sitch for some time. It was not new and she had fabricated everything. This led to the two women not being able to be filmed together during the Season 10 Vanderpump reunion. The restraining order was dropped within days. So, Raquel, why did you feel the need to lie? Claiming that someone physically assaulted you when they really did nothing of the sort is despicable and we want answers.

Additionally, Raquel apparently checked into a mental health facility. She wanted to get her mental health back in check, prior to the reunion but also wanted to fulfill her obligations. As it seemingly turns out, she is actually at a wellness spa, not a mental health facility. So, is using "mental health" the new excuse for "poor behavior?" More so, what about those who actually struggle seriously with mental health issues? This is not a joke to them and what is even worse is that Ariana openly admitted to suffering from depression. She did seek therapy but it is unknown if she went to a facility.

Raquel claiming to go to a mental health facility directly slaps Ariana in the face. Does this make Raquel better than Ariana because she went away for help? In reality, she just went to a spa, making a mockery of the entire mental health community. So, Raquel, do you care to explain this? If she thought going to a mental health facility would garner her sympathy, she was wrong. Now, she is disgusting.

Raquel...shame on you!

Such has been the case for 'Jerseylicious' star, Tracy DiMarco , who always went head-to-head with Olivia Blois-Sharpe on the show based around the never-ending drama at the Jersey salon, The Gatsby. She continued to pursue her passion, have three kids, develop a wildly successful podcast, and work on clothing and accessories.  But, when you are in the public eye, boasting 541K followers on Instagram , almost everything you do is up for scrutiny. Fans (and haters) began to notice a lack of presence when it came to her husband, Corey and questioned if their marriage was okay. There is an abundance of photos of daughters, Skylar and
