The Hypocrisy Of Lala Kent

Lala Kent-YouTube

Everyone who has watched Lala Kent on Vanderpump Rules is well aware that she can be somewhat of a hypocrite. The rules that apply to her do not always apply to everyone else in the cast but that is pretty much how it works in life now, isn't it? We have come to learn that just because we were raised one way and to respect others does not necessarily mean those around us were raised the same. It is a sad fact that we must accept the older and wiser we get. Unfortunately for Kent, she cannot do or say things and not have them come back and bite her because there is a camera following her, and has been since Season 4. In the final part of the Season 11 reunion, which aired on Tuesday, May 28th, Kent tried to justify bashing Ariana Madix in the finale.

She said that Madix thinks she is "Beyonce" and has never seen someone get cheated on and then become God. Is that because she got cheated on by Randall Emmett and people said you lose them how you get them? After all, he was married to Ambyr Childers with two children when they first hooked up. In any case, Kent tried to make a case that she was honest, and after Randall cheated in between the Season 9 finale and the reunion, she did not want to show up but she did. Actually, she didn't. She, along with Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney had been exposed to Covid. Therefore, they had to join the reunion via Zoom. So, technically, she did not "show up" as she claimed.

Additionally, Kent was mad at Madix for leaving the finale party in San Francisco. That was when she exploded and pulled the whole "God" and "Beyonce" card. Does she forget Season 5? If she does, let's take her back. She was invited to Madix's birthday in Sonoma along with a handful of co-stars. However, she never showed up at the airport and left everyone hanging. She claimed she was at a hotel and then, as the season went on, Kent stopped coming to work at SUR altogether. Kent was MIA and no one knew where she went though she claimed that she was working in Utah at the Humane Society. Finally, she did return after a handful of months to turn in her official resignation and showed up to the reunion, much to the shock of the cast. No one had seen or heard from her.

When Andy Cohen asked about her possible married boyfriend, she refused to answer any and all questions about him and did not share who he was until Season 7. So, if someone wants to talk about walking out and relationship transparency, it is not going to be Lala Kent. She had a rich boyfriend so she did not have to think about money. Now, she has to support herself, her daughter, and her whole family who moved in to help her. So, things are different and she cannot stand that someone else has said they have had enough and is choosing their mental health over being treated like garbage.

Who held Lala's hand when she was having a panic attack in Mexico? Ariana. Who defended Lala against married men rumors? Ariana. Who welcomed Lala into their home and never asked for a repeated ride on a private jet? Ariana. Who did not take investment money from Randall Emmett because he cheated on Lala (not that he had it)? Ariana.

A 'Jerseylicious' Split!

photo courtesy of imdb.com When you were on a semi-successful reality show, especially as one of the key players, and everyone watched your love story unfold, it only makes sense they will want to keep following you after the series has ended. Such has been the case for 'Jerseylicious' star, Tracy DiMarco , who always went head-to-head with Olivia Blois-Sharpe on the show based around the never-ending drama at the Jersey salon, The Gatsby. Eventually, DiMarco got her happily ever after when she married Corey Epstein in her dream wedding. She continued to pursue her passion, have three kids, develop a wildly successful podcast, and work on clothing and accessories.  But, when you are in the public eye, boasting 541K followers on Instagram , almost everything you do is up for scrutiny. Fans (and haters) began to notice a lack of presence when it came to her husband, Corey and questioned if their marriage was okay. There is an abundance of photos of daughters, Skylar and
