This has been a sad 24 hours for news but we are mourning another loss, this time of actress and mother, Kelly Preston. Preston, who has been married to iconic actor, John Travolta, since 1991, had privately been battling breast cancer for two years now. Unfortunately, her body could not handle it anymore and she succumbed yesterday,  the family rep shared with PEOPLE:

"On the morning of July 12, 2020, Kelly Preston, adored wife and mother, passed away following a two-year battle with breast cancer. Choosing to keep her fight private, she had been undergoing medical treatment for some time, supported by her closest family and friends. She was a bright, beautiful and loving soul who cared deeply about others and who brought life to everything she touched. Her family asks for your understanding of their need for privacy at this time."

This is not the first time tragedy has struck the family Travolta. In 2009, John and Kelly's eldest son, Jett died at the age of 16 after suffering a seizure and hitting his head in a bathtub. Though brokenhearted and devastated, they began to pick the pieces up with daughter, Ella (now 20) and soon found out they were expecting a baby boy not too long after Jett's untimely passing. In late 2010, Benjamin joined the family and, what was once broken now seemed pieced together again, with Jett always on their minds. The couple always doted on one another, a classic Hollywood romance to be envied. Some of Kelly's classic roles were in 'Jerry Maguire,' 'Gotti,' 'What A Girl Wants,' and even played the cougar love interest of Adam Levine in Maroon 5's music video 'She Will Be Loved.'

Since the news broke past midnight, here are what some of celebs and friends have gotten a chance to say about Preston since then:

"We were shooting on cold days in Colorado, but she couldn’t have been warmer or kinder to a young, nervous actor trying to make good. I’ll never forget that. Thank you Kelly. #RestInPeace 🙏🏼"~Daniel Dae Kim (Twitter)

"So incredibly sorry for your loss! Sending so much love to your beautiful family ❤️ 🙏🏽"~Nicole "Snooki' Polizzi (Twitter)

"I am holding you all in love. Your wife, your partner in life, was a darling soul. Always at the ready with comfort and grace. What a team you were. She will be so missed. 🖤"~Selma Blair (Twitter)

"Loving thoughts for 9 year old Benjamin, 20 year old Ella and John Travolta also the Preston family. May you rest in peace beautiful, talented Kelly Preston"~Mia Farrow (Twitter)

And finally,

"It is with a very heavy heart that I inform you that my beautiful wife Kelly has lost her two-year battle with breast cancer. She fought a courageous fight with the love and support of so many...Kelly's love and life will always be remembered.I will be taking some time to be there for my children who have lost their mother, so forgive me in advance if you don't hear from us for a while. But please know that I will feel your outpouring of love in the weeks and months ahead as we heal."~John Travolta, Instagram

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Travolta family during this very difficult, heartbreaking and unimaginable time. Kelly Preston was just 57.

photo courtesy of imdb.com When you were on a semi-successful reality show, especially as one of the key players, and everyone watched your love story unfold, it only makes sense they will want to keep following you after the series has ended. Such has been the case for 'Jerseylicious' star, Tracy DiMarco , who always went head-to-head with Olivia Blois-Sharpe on the show based around the never-ending drama at the Jersey salon, The Gatsby. Eventually, DiMarco got her happily ever after when she married Corey Epstein in her dream wedding. She continued to pursue her passion, have three kids, develop a wildly successful podcast, and work on clothing and accessories.  But, when you are in the public eye, boasting 541K followers on Instagram , almost everything you do is up for scrutiny. Fans (and haters) began to notice a lack of presence when it came to her husband, Corey and questioned if their marriage was okay. There is an abundance of photos of daughters, Skylar and

'The Real L Word' Cast- Where Are They Now?

Actors can keep acting but reality stars can drift off into the clouds after their 15 minutes of fame are over. Initially based in California, the show followed the lives of a handful of gay women, somehow intertwined in life, and what it was like to date, fall in love, have sex, try to make babies, propose, be successful, and so much more. By the final season, the series went bi-coastal, utilizing NYC as a playground, as well. The show ended in 2012 with two weddings and a lot of tears. So, where are they now?
